Across Florida, 45% of renters with incomes between 60%-80% of average median incomes are cost burdened, that is they pay more that 40% of their incomes in rent(1). This burden often results in lower spending on food, healthcare, and little or no savings. We are committed to help reduce this burden by building conveniently located, attractive units, where the working middle can thrive.
