Michael is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney with extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, having personally handled more than 3,000 transactions during his career. He also regularly represents commercial lenders and has documented hundreds of complex commercial loans.

Michael obtained a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
