Patrick Korth
Director – Investor Relations & Operations, One Stop Housing Community Partners
Patrick connects the firm’s investment strategy with its investors, operating businesses, and community partners. He leads investor communications and marketing initiatives, while also helping oversee the systems and reporting processes that links acquisitions, development, construction, property management, accounting, and investor reporting across the One Stop Housing platform.
Patrick co-founded Build-to-Rent-to-Own (“B2R2O”) in Naples, Florida in 2024 and continues to build and advance the initiative today. The organization combines real estate development with philanthropic and mission-driven capital, working alongside community foundations, community land trusts, local employers, nonprofit organizations and government partners to develop workforce housing and create pathways from renting to ownership.
Before founding B2R2O, Patrick worked at a single-family office investing across private equity, real estate, and venture capital. His experience there gave him exposure to a wide range of private-market investments and helped shape his interest in using flexible, long-term capital to support real estate and community-focused investment strategies.
Patrick began his career in Investment Banking at Citigroup in New York City, where he focused on technology and industrials companies and advised public and private clients on capital raising, investor strategy, and other corporate finance matters.
A New Jersey native, Patrick attended The Pingry School and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and a minor through the Hesburgh Program for Public Policy. While at Notre Dame, he participated in the Notre Dame Institute for Global Investing’s Investment Management Leaders Program and played on the Men’s Club Lacrosse Team. After four years in New York City, Patrick moved to Naples in 2024 to pursue B2R2O full time and to be closer to his family, who had relocated to the Naples area.
