Our rental operation has helped bring affordable housing for more than 15 years — and we do more than rent properties!

Gabor Sztuska

Gabor Sztuska graduated in Hungary from Bank Donat Automotive Mechanical University. After college, Gabor worked for his father’s construction company as a project manager. In 1998 he moved to the U.S. and by 1999 started his own construction company.

Operations Manager, One Stop Housing
Maryse joined One Stop Housing in 2002, over twenty years ago. As General Manager, Maryse oversees all operations and manages the properties through the Regional Property Managers. Maryse is widely recognized as an expert in Workforce Housing. She has spoken at several area conferences on Workforce Housing, including Womens Resource Center, Salvation Army, and local Property Management Associations.

DANA PARFITT

In her position at One Stop Housing, Dana has implemented new procedures and processes to ensure accurate accounting in accordance with GAAP. She currently oversees financial processes, reporting, and streamlining procedures to optimize profitability as well as grow the portfolio.
