Stephanie Simon

President, One Stop Housing Partners

Stephanie evaluates development projects, approves underwriting assumptions, structures transactions, and oversees community, civic and investor engagement.

Prior to joining One Stop Housing Partners, Stephanie was an investment executive with over 30 years of financial services leadership. Most recently, she was a Managing Director of Winslow Capital Management, a $30+ billion AUM business owned by Nuveen, a TIAA company. She served as a large cap growth public equity portfolio manager and was a trusted advisor for asset allocators responsible for investing tens of billions in corporate and public pension plans, endowments, foundations and high net worth investors.

Concurrently, Stephanie co-founded a mid- to late- stage venture capital business at Winslow Capital, successfully sourcing $625MM of capital from global institutional and high net worth investors over three funds. She was also a member of the firms’ Valuation and Investment Committees.

Prior to joining Winslow Capital Management, Stephanie was Senior Vice President and Managing Director with AllianceBernstein, a global investment manager with over $800 billion in AUM. A large cap growth public equity portfolio manager, Stephanie invested more than $10 billion in equity investments for institutional and individual clients.

Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Stephanie was also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Stephanie has served on several non-profit Boards and is currently focused on improving K-12 education outcomes for underperforming student populations.
