Summer 2025 Update

The Nest at Robin’s Apartments, One Stop Housing’s affordable workforce housing development in Bradenton, is rapidly progressing. As of May 2025, construction is moving forward impressively, with significant milestones achieved on both Building A and Building B. Building A has seen second and third-floor planks set, with extensive electrical and plumbing rough-ins. Building B’s foundational work is complete, and second-floor plank setting is imminent. Sitewide infrastructure improvements are also advancing. The development remains on schedule for full completion by April 2026, with pre-leasing expected this fall. This initiative reflects a deep commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive Bradenton community.
