A: Renovations are ongoing and more units become available each month. Please call for current availability.

Q: Do you accept Section 8 as rent payment?

A: No

Q: Are there minimum income requirements?

A: Yes. Renters must have income at least twice the monthly rent and show 3 months of earned income history. Proof of income is required during the application process.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A. Cats are allowed with a $300 pet fee. Dogs are generally not allowed except in cases of service animals. No aquariums/tanks are permitted in excess of 10 gallons.
