Mark Vengroff is the CEO and Managing Partner of One Stop Housing (OSH), a leading developer of quality workforce housing in Florida and Tennessee, with a strong presence in Sarasota/Manatee County and Central Florida. The company specializes in the development and management of workforce housing and has earned recognition for its innovative solutions. Over his 25-year career, Mark has played a pivotal role in addressing the affordable housing crisis. Under his leadership, OSH has grown to manage over 4,000 rental units, with an additional 1,200 units under development.

In recent years, Mark has received several prestigious honors, including the 2024 Herald Tribune Leadership Award and recognition as one of Business Observer’s 15 Change Makers in 2022. His philanthropic efforts have also been celebrated, with the City of Sarasota proclaiming October 10th as "Mark Vengroff Day" in his honor. He has served as a Commissioner on the Sarasota Affordable Housing Authority (2022-2024) and as a member of the Manatee County Affordable Housing Advisory Board (2021-2022). Mark currently sits on the Bradenton Economic Development Board.

Mark oversees both One Stop Development & Construction and One Stop Property Management. One Stop Development & Construction enables OSH to maximize efficiencies in developing new housing projects. One Stop Property Management guides the marketing and management of the properties. Both divisions play a crucial role in managing costs and improving the overall return on investments.

In 2020, Mark launched the nonprofit, One Stop Housing Cares, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting OSH community tenants with financial, medical, and job skills services to improve their social and economic well-being.

Before focusing on affordable housing, Mark was the CEO of Walker Advertising, the nation's largest legal advertising agency. During his tenure, Walker grew its revenue by 18% to $45 million in just 14 months. Earlier, Mark founded WestStar Group, a medical lien finance company that provided underinsured and uninsured accident victims with access to quality medical care. He sold the company to First Financial Asset Management.

Mark's career began in the receivables management industry as CEO of VWA, where he grew the company from $10 million in revenue to managing $32 billion in assets with 1,100 employees across 19 countries. His leadership and analytical approach made VWA a trusted advisor to global companies like GE, Oracle, Disney, and Yamaha. He was named one of the 50 Most Influential Professionals In The Collection Industry by Collection Advisor Magazine for three consecutive years. VWA’s Order to Cash (O2C) assets were eventually sold to CapGemini, making it one of the largest O2C outsourcing firms globally.

Today Mark continues to drive innovation in the affordable housing industry through OSH and his involvement in multiple advisory boards, including the Manatee County Affordable Housing Advisory Board and the Osceola County I-92 Hotel to Apartment Conversion Advisory Board.

Under Mark's leadership, One Stop Housing has received numerous accolades, including the 2024 Herald Tribune Top Workplace Award, the 2023 Manatee County Business of the Year Award, the 2023 Sarasota County Business of the Year Award, and recognition as Construction Business Review’s Top Apartment and Condominium Contractor in Florida.
