One Stop Housing, LLC is a fully integrated Real Estate Investment, Development, General Contractor & Property Management Company located in Sarasota, Florida. One Stop Housing is the property management company for Vengroff Holdings, which is the largest owner of economical housing units in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. One Stop Housing was recognized as the Top Workplace for the past three years, 2024, 2025 and 2026 by the Herald Tribune, 2023 Business of the Year from both Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and Manatee County Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining One Stop Housing, Mark was the CEO of Walker Advertising, a company owned by the Private Equity firm, Clearlight Partners. Walker is the largest legal advertising agency in the country that helps legal firms market and grow their practice. Employing 128 people, Walker Advertising handles the full marketing cycle, from filming, editing, placing media buys, and managing the consumer inquires through a 24/7 bi-lingual call center. During Mark’s tenure with Walker Advertising, the company grew 18% in revenue to $45M over a 14-month period. After One Stop Housing acquired its fourth property, Mark joined the company to build its capabilities, infrastructure and scale the business for growth.
Prior to joining Walker Advertising in April 2016, Mark was the CEO of VWA for 9 years and was responsible for VWA growing the receivable management business from a $10 million in revenue to managing over $32 billion in assets, with 1,100 employees and offices in 19 countries. VWA sold its Order to Cash (O2C) assets to CapGemini on November 1, 2011, who then became one of the largest BPO O2C outsourcing firms in the world.
Mark moved to Florida in 2018, to take over the family business, One Stop Housing and carry on his father, Harvey Vengroff’s, legacy. In 2019, Mark expanded the workforce housing development and management company by acquiring a Commercial Contracting Firm and rebranded it under the One Stop Housing name. Today, One Stop Housing Development & Construction is a fully integrated provider as licensed GC, licensed Plumbing, Electric and Roofing company.
In 2026 Mark was named Business Observers Top Entrepreneur and Goodwill Manasota Community Ambassador of the Year. Top Workplace Awarded by the Herald Tribune named Mark Vengroff with the 2024 Top Leadership Award. In honor for Mark’s philanthropic efforts, the Mayor Arroyo named October 10 2022 as “Mark Vengroff Day” in the City of Sarasota. In September 2022, Mark was named one of 15 “Change Makers”, by Business Observer.
Mark currently sits on the Board of Directors of WebCollect, Board member for One Stop Cares (501c3), Manatee County Economic Development Executive Board, and is a former commissioner for the Sarasota Affordable Housing Authority.
