Dana Parfitt

Controller – One Stop Housing

Dana Parfitt was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. Dana worked as a Legal Assistant and Accountant while attending University of Texas in Arlington to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Real Estate. Dana worked in the legal field for 17 years prior to relocating with her family to Florida in 2014.

Once in Florida, Dana worked as a Senior level Accountant for a local environmental service company with over $45M in annual revenue, contributing to daily accounting functions and assisting with acquisition due diligence and onboarding. Dana then transitioned to Controller of a Sarasota toy company which created, manufactured, and distributed its own toy line. She oversaw order fulfillment, inventory management, and succeeded in reducing collections over 80%.

Dana accepted a position at One Stop Housing in 2019 where she implemented new procedures and processes to ensure accurate accounting in accordance with GAAP. She currently oversees financial processes, reporting, and streamlining procedures to optimize profitability as well as grow the portfolio.
