Application Process

Call the property to check availability! The rental application fee is $40 per adult in the household. Anyone over the age of 18 in the household must fill out a separate application. Application fee is non-refundable.

Application is not complete and will not be reviewed without the following documents:

• 8 recent and consecutive pay stubs

• Social Security Administration Verification of Benefits Statement (if applicable)

• 3 months of recent and consecutive bank statements (checking and savings if applicable)

• Copy of government issued photo ID and social security card

• Anyone under the age of 18 must have a copy of their social security card and birth certificate submitted. 

• If you receive child support, provide proof of child support documentation 

After your rental application is submitted through our website, you will be contacted by a One Stop Housing staff member with instructions for providing these documents.
