Forest Cove is a collaborative private/public multifamily development effort between the Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, One Stop Housing, and several employers in the Bradenton & Sarasota area.
Forest Cove will provide 156 apartments priced below market rate for employees of organizations that have signed on to help develop the project. Together, we are developing a community that offers a high quality, competitively priced housing option which directly benefits both employers and employees.
